Where is the make-up scheduler?
The make-up scheduler link is permanently left on the homepage of our website http://www.sfsmusictogether.com.
How many make-ups do I get?
You get a maximum of 2 make-ups per semester.
Are make-ups guaranteed?
No, you may or may not be able to get in your make-ups for the semester and they go on a first come first serve basis. You can and we recommend that you schedule your make-ups early. If you know you will need a make-up we suggest you schedule it as far in advance as possible
Do they transfer the next semester if I do not use them?
Make-up classes cannot go into the following semester and are not transferable to another family.
When can I schedule a make-up?
You can schedule up until right before a class, just please help the teacher out if you do that because they will not know you are coming. Mainly they need help with names!
What if my child is sick or I cannot attend a scheduled make-up class for any reason?
If you know you are not going to be able to do a make-up please go back to the website to cancel so some one else can take the spot. You can even cancel up to 20 minute before a class. If you do not cancel we cannot give an extra class with emergencies being the exception of course.
If we canceled a make-up due to illness can we take another day?
Yes, if there are open spots. Please just go back to the make-up scheduler and re-schedule.
Can I come into a full class?
No, once a spot is taken it is not available. This is to protect all of us from classes that are too large. .

Can I call to schedule a make-up?

We prefer that you use the online scheduler. However If you need to call:  415-553-8120. Please leave 1) the day and time you want to schedule 2) The names of your children 3) Your phone 4) Your name 5) Your email. If you do not receive a call back - that day is fine. You will only receive a call back if that space is not available.                                                                      

How do I register siblings?

Please register one at a time. Infant siblings under 6 months do not need to be registered.
Instructions for using Online Makeup Scheduler
After entering Online Makeup Scheduler:
1) Choose one of the Makeup choices at left, by location, teacher or availability.
2) Enter your email address, parent phone, parent name, child name.
3) Registered siblings will need to be scheduled separately -one at a time.
4) Infant siblings do not need to be scheduled.
5) You will be sent an email confirming your makeup, as will the teacher for the class.
