Anafaith is thrilled to be the center director for SF Music Together because she believes in creating musical magic with stories, song & spontaneity. She has taught music, songwriting, theater, guitar & music for over 8 years to children in public schools, recreation centers & non-profits. Anafaith has been an Artist in Residence in theater & music & a Recreation Director.

As a singer/songwriter  she has produced an original CD “ Anatomy of a Relationship” which has received a wonderful response. She has performed her own music all over the SF Bay Area & beyond. Anafaith grew up listening to the Beatles and Joni Mitchell & writing her own music while splashing in the bathtub. She believes that teaching Music Together will inspire more children and parents to sing, splash & dance.

Lenka Jensen has played the piano since she was five years old & attended music school for ten years in the Czech Republic while singing in several choruses and plays guitar as well. She has a master's degree in elementary education from the West Bohemia University in Plzen, the Czech Republic. She has completed her second master’s degree in early childhood education at the San Francisco State University.

Lenka is thrilled about being a Music Together teacher because she loves working with children and music. For four years, she has also been working as a Nanny in the Bay Area. In her free time, she spends time with her friends, take long walks all over the city, listens to music or crochets'. Lenka is available to do musical birthday parties.

Nicole started singing before she started talking. Growing up in a rich Celtic and bluegrass scene, she gained a diverse musical background, performing at music festivals from the time she was 9 years old. She took Suzuki violin lessons, participated in fiddle camps, and took formal vocal training as well. Throughout her musical career, she has been involved in various bands, ensembles, musical theatre, and internationally touring choirs. She has professional experience playing weddings and corporate events as well as venues such as Cafe Du Nord and the Rockit Room, and competing in various classical competitions.

Nicole has always loved working with children; she was deeply affected by music as a child, and knows how important it is to give music's gift back to the next generation. Through her work as a children's performer, she gained a clear understanding that children learn music most effectively through playing, which reflects in her teaching style. She has a strong belief that playing music is called "playing" for a reason, and her favorite aspect of teaching is when her student realizes how fun music really is.

Monica graduated from San Francisco State University with a BA in music in 2006 and has taught both in San Francisco as well as in Brooklyn, NY. Her career focus revolves around community building through children, preferably through the arts, and she loves how Music Together allows her to do just that. She is primarily a vocalist and songwriter, though often accompanies herself on guitar. Monica performs locally in the Latin & Folk genres, and has sang in venues ranging from local cafes to the Yerba Buena Center to Yoshi's, San Francisco. She has been honored to share the stage with artists such as John Calloway, John Santos, Jesus Diaz, David Flores and others. She has also most recently been enjoying teaching at a non-profit community pre-school.
