Make-up policies. 

• Unlimited Make-ups will be allowed within the semester you are enrolled in, only for missed classes.
• NO DROP INS, please schedule make-ups to keep our classes from being oversized.
• CLICK ON THIS LINK (kept on our homepage) to schedule (and cancel) make-ups.
• Babies classes are for 0 - 12 months only.
• You are welcome to schedule & attend make-ups in advance if you know you will miss a class!

Canceling a Make-Up Class:

• If you cannot attend a make-up, please cancel the make-up in advance on our website in the make-up portal to free up space for another family to attend.
• Click on the purple CANCEL tab next to the SCHEDULE MAKE-UPS tabs in the make-up portal.

Make-up transfer policy: 

• Make-ups do not transfer to the next semester unless you enroll in the next semester. 

No Guarantee:

• Make-ups are never guaranteed within a semester and it is up to each family to schedule make-ups within the semester.
• Make-ups are a free courtesy that we offer. We cannot ever guarantee that you will be able to make up every class that you miss. 
• We are always happy to help you try to schedule make-ups within the semester you are enrolled in.
